Stephanie Ceo-Martens was named an assistant coach for the ERAU Softball in February 2021.
Prior to her arrival at ERAU, Ceo-Martens was engaged in coaching at a variety of levels since graduating from the University of Texas at Austin in 2016. She was an assistant coach at American River Community College in 2017-18 and then moved to Saint Mary's College as an assistant coach responsible for recruiting, defense and slapping development, and oversight of the Gaels' camp program in 2018-19. In 2019, Ceo-Martens was selected as graduate assistant and later interim assistant coach for the Texas Tech Raider program.

Ceo-Martens also worked in the professional ranks. Since 2019, she has been an assistant coach (along with Dunne Diaz) with the USSSA Pride and was a player/coach with Bonusleaga Karlsruhe Cougars in Karlsruhe, Germany.

Since 2011, Ceo-Martens has worked as a specialty coach and camp director for Ceo Sports Academy. She has worked with several youth programs providing fundamental softball instruction and skill development for girls.

During her collegiate career, Ceo-Martens was an offensive power at the University of Texas. She was a four-year starter for the Longhorns who batted over .300 in each of her first three seasons, including a .362 as a sophomore. She led the Longhorns to the 2013 Women's College World Series and posted a program-best .400 WCWS batting average.

A regular on the Big 12 Commissioner's Honor Roll, Ceo-Martens was named to the All-Big 12 Academic Team twice. She earned her undergraduate degree in Applied Learning and Development from Texas and completed her master's in Sport Management at Texas Tech in 2020.
