Biography

As a Junior in 2014: One of five Eagles to play all 41 games…started 23 times at first base and 17 at third base…made only six errors in 208 chances for a .971 fielding percentage…finished the season with a .343 batting average, third-highest on the team…recorded 11 doubles, one triple and a home run…scored 15 times and drove in team-leading 24 runs…drew seven walks while striking out only six times in 136 plate appearances…led the Eagles with 16 sacrifice bunts and two sacrifice flies…went 2-for-3 with two doubles, an RBI and a run scored in her second game as an Eagle against Georgia Gwinnett (Feb. 9)…recorded season-high five RBIs in a 2-for-2 day with two doubles against Hastings (Mar. 16)…went 3-for-4 with three RBIs and two stolen bases against Northwood (Mar. 30).

At St. Petersburg College: Hit. 270 with 11 RBIs as a freshman at SPC…batted .280 with 10 doubles, two home runs and 23 RBIs as a sophomore…earned All-Conference honorable mention in 2013.

Prep: Graduate from Bishop Verot High School in 2011...hit .475 with 14 doubles and 21 RBIs and was 2-1 with one save and a 3.08 ERA as a senior...led the Vikings to the state semifinals three times...named team MVP in 2009...also played soccer at Bishop Verot.

Personal: Born in Fort Myers, Fla. on Feb. 19, 1993...daughter of Carre and Vincent Barraco...majoring in Computational Mathematics and Civil Engineering...sister Hailey played softball at Central Florida and cousin Lauren played softball at Florida Gulf Coast.
