Biography
2016-17: Cross Country: Ran in all four meets for the Blue and Gold...finished fourth on the ERAU squad at the ASICS Embry-Riddle Classic (Sept. 17) in 23:15.59...posted a season-best time of 23:03.47 at the Sand Shark Invite (Oct. 22). Indoor: Ran the 3,000m at two meets, including a time of 12:37.55 at the KMS Invitational (Jan. 29.). Outdoor: Posted a 3:41.86 in the 1,000m at the Embry-Riddle First Chance/Last Chance (Feb. 18)...career-best 21:17.37 in the 5,000m came at the UNF Invitational (April 8).
2015-16: CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in all six meets for the Eagles…posted a season-best time of 22:11.56 at the Sand Shark Invitational (Oct. 24). INDOOR: Competed in two meets during the indoor season…ran a 6:23.29 in the Mile at the Embry-Riddle Last Chance (Feb. 20). OUTDOOR: Finished 11th in the 3000m Steeplechase in 14:32.83 at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational (March 19)…registered a 2:46.01 time in the 800m at the Embry-Riddle Spikes Classic (April 2).
2014-15: CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in seven meets…posted a season best time of 20:53.73 at the Sand Shark Invitational (Oct. 25)…best finish of the season came at the ERAU ASICS Classic (Sept. 27) where she placed 32nd overall. INDOOR: Ran a 12:33.46 in the 3000m at the Embry-Riddle Indoor/Outdoor Challenge (Jan. 17). OUTDOOR: Posted a fourth-place finish of 14:16.90 in the 3000m Steeplechase at The Sun Conference Championships (April 19)…also ran the 10,000m at the conference meet, finishing sixth in 50:25.85…finished in 5:20.18 in the 1500m at the UNF Spring Break Invitational (March 28).
PREP: Graduated from Palm Harbor University High School in 2014…ran for Coach Daryl Southard…named Most Valuable Runner all four years of her prep career…captained her high school team as a junior and senior…earned Pinellas County All-Conference Honorable Mention honors…district champion in the 3200m in both 2012 and 2013.
PERSONAL: Born in Clearwater, Florida…daughter of John and Kimmerley Paczynski…majoring in Human Factors Psychology…spent time volunteering at Suncoast Primate Sanctuary as well as various homeless shelters.
