2018-19: CROSS COUNTRY: First team All-SSC and SSC All-Championship performer, finishing as the meet runner-up at the SSC Championship (Nov. 3) in 22:08.37...All-Region honoree after finishing third overall in the second-fastest 6K time in program history (21:48.60) at the NCAA II South Region (Nov. 17)...became the third-fastest 5K runner with the fifth-fastest 5K time of 17:48.39 at the Mountain Dew Invitational (Sept. 22)...three total top-10 finishes.

2017-18: CROSS COUNTRY: All-Region performer after finishing 24thoverall at the NCAA South Region Championship (Nov. 4) in 23:10.77…second team All-SSC with a 23:52.45 finish for 13thplace at the SSC Championship (Oct. 21)…best 6k time of the season (23:07.3) came at the NCAA II National Championship (Nov. 18). INDOOR: USTFCCCA All-Region performer in the 400m, 800m, 4x400m relay and DMR...qualified for the NCAA II Indoor Track Championships (March 10) where she ran the 800m in 2:13.04...won 11 events during the indoor season, including three at the Dunamis Super Meet (Feb. 11), the 400m (58.54), 800m (2:10.96) and DMR (11:55.84)...set a personal-best in the 600m (1:31.55) at the Embry-Riddle First Chance Last Chance (Feb. 17), finishing first. OUTDOOR: NCAA II All-American in both the 800m (2:05.27) and 1,500m (4:23.82) at the NCAA II Outdoor Track Championship (May 26), becoming the first ERAU track & field athlete to claim the honor...Peach Belt Conference Track Athlete of the Year after winning four events at the PBC Championship (April 21), the 400m (55:23), 800m (2:19.00), 1,500m (4:36.91) and 4x400m relay (3:49.61)...four-time PBC Female Track Athlete of the Week...USTFCCCA All-Region performer in the 400m, 800m, 1,500m and 4x400m relay...ran a career-best time of 4:22.54 in the 1,500m at the Seminole Twlight (May 4)...also ran at the Canadian Nationals (July 8), finishing eighth overall in the 800m in 2:04.99.

2015: INDOOR: Two-time NAIA All-American at the NAIA Indoor National Championships (March 7) where she finished seventh in the 600m in 1:34.31 and helped the 4x400m relay team break the school record and finish sixth in 3:51.01…ran a pair of personal-best times of 25.80 in the 200m and 56.10 in the 400m at the Embry-Riddle Last Chance (Feb. 21)…won the 600m (1:35.02) and 4x400m relay (3:54.58) at the Embry-Riddle Indoor/Outdoor Challenge (Jan. 17). OUTDOOR: Doubled her All-America honors total with two more during the outdoor season in the 400m (56.74) and 4x400m (3:47.15) at the NAIA Outdoor National Championships (May 23)…helped the 4x400m relay team break the school record during the prelims of the national meet with a time of 3:46.72…ran a 25.61 in the 200m prelims at the Embry-Riddle Spikes Classic (April 4) for a personal-best time…won the 400m at the Bulls Invitational (March 20) with a time of 55.45…finished first in the 400m hurdles in 1:02.67 at the Embry-Riddle Spikes Classic.
 
PREP: 2014 graduate of Etobicoke School of the Arts...ran for Coach Michael Colbert… competed in the 100m, 200m, 300m, 400m, 600m, and 400m hurdles…was a four-time team MVP and four-time Athlete of the Year…competed in the Canadian Junior Track and Field Championships in Ste-Therese, Quebec where she ran 400m and 400m hurdles finishing fifth in each event with times of 55.98 and 1:01.38 respectively.
 
PERSONAL: Born in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada…daughter of Dana and Ronald Metcalfe…named to the honor roll every year of high school…majoring in Aerospace Engineering.
