2018-19: CROSS COUNTRY: Participated in three meets...ran a personal-best 5K time of 20:29.16 at the Mountain Dew Invitational (Sept. 22)...finished 46th overall at the SSC Championship (Nov. 3) in 25:31.96. INDOOR: Ran in six meets...finished fifth overall in the 5000m in 29:18.45 at the Embry-Riddle First Chance Meet (Feb. 23)...posted a career-best 5000m time at the Tampa Track Classic (March 1), finishing in 20:11.12. OUTDOOR: Placed third overall in the 10,000m (43:20.36) at the IMG Academy Invitational (March 16).
2017-18: CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in two meets, posting a best 5k time of 22:13.8 at the ASICS ERAU Classic (Sept. 16). OUTDOOR: Ran in two events at the Embry-Riddle/West Virginia Wesleyan Dual (March 5), posting a 5:45.90 in the 1,500m and a 2:56.97 in the 800m.
