Biography
2017-18: CROSS COUNTRY: Finished fourth at the Florida Tech Invitational with a 5K time of 19:40.7, her career best (Oct. 12)…took 14th at the SSC Championships in 23:55.2 (Oct. 21)….placed 33rd with a personal-best 6K time of 23:32.7 at the NCAA II South Region Championships (Nov. 4)…ran a 24:31.9 6K at the NCAA II Championships. INDOOR: Finished second in the mile (5:23.68) at the ERAU Indoor/Outdoor Challenge (Jan. 20)…posted career-best mile time of 5:20.49 at the KMS Invitational (Jan. 28)…finished second in the 4x400m (4:12.40) and third in the mile (5:39.86) at the Dunamis Super Meet (Feb. 8-11). OUTDOOR: Clocked career-bests in the 800m (2:21.55) and 1000m (3:07.51) to finish fifth and third, respectively, at the ERAU First Chance Last Chance (Feb. 17)…won the 1500m in 4:54.29 at the ERAU-West Virginia Wesleyan Dual (March 5)…posted a career-best time of 4:50.30 to finish fourth in the 1500m at the Peach Belt Championships (April 19-21).
2014-2017 at Florida A&M University: MEAC cross-country champions 2014-2016…named women’s cross-country most improved runner in 2016.
PREP: Graduate of West Orange High School in 2014…set school record in 4x800 meter relay with a time of 9:32…placed sixth in states…earned Coaches Award as a senior.
PERSONAL: Born in Orlando, Florida…daughter of Gregory and Patricia Kvitkauskas…served as the coach for the West Orange Wildcats Cheerleaders Challenger team…first-generation college student…majoring in Interdisciplinary Studies.
