• 2022 Sunshine State Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll
2025: INDOOR: Competed in three meets…scored a career best 2534 points in the pentathlon at the RADD Sports Invitational College Teams (Jan.24-25)... at the Peach Belt Conference Championship (Feb. 17) she achieved a career best in the 60m hurdles with 10.17.
OUTDOOR: competed in five meets... at the inaugural Sunshine State Conference Championship (Apr. 19) she ran a PB in the 400m hurdles (1:10.82)... won second place with 3710 points in the heptathlon and a PB throw of 23.82m in the javelin at the Peach belt Conference Outdoor Track Championship (Apr. 28-29).
2024: INDOOR: Competed in four meets…scored a personal best 2,490 points in the pentathlon, which included a PR of 10.63 in the 60m hurdles at the RADD Track & Field Invitational (Jan. 19-20).
OUTDOOR: Competed in five outdoor meets…ran a PR of 27.21 in the 200m at the Embry-Riddle Eagles Invite (April 20)…turned in personal bests in the 100m hurdles (16.32), shot put (9.19m) and javelin (23.53m) enroute to a second-place finish and a career-best 3,722 points in the heptathlon at the Peach Belt Conference Track & Field Championships (April 29-30).
2022-23: CROSS COUNTRY: Set personal record with a time of 22:25.2 in the 5k at the UAH DII Festival Year Showcase…recorded career best time of 29:15.4 in the 6k at the SSC Cross Country Championships.
INDOOR: Competed in two events.
OUTDOOR: Competed in five events.
2022: Ran in six meets for the Blue and Gold...posted a season-best 5K time of 22:25.2 at the UAH Invitational (Oct. 22).
Prep: Graduated in 2022 from West County High School...served as team captain...three-time team MVP...four-time All-District performer...three-time All-Conference runner...MAAA Conference Coaches' Dream Team (2021)...four-time academic All-State.
Personal: Born in St. Peters, Missouri...parents are Kelly Cash and Marvin Blake...majoring in Aerospace Engineering.
