2024-25 (Senior): Tallied CSC Academic All-District honors, becoming just the second Eagle in program history to receive the award…named a WGCA All-American Scholar…included on the SSC Commissioner’s Honor Roll…received the D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award…ended her stint with ERAU with the eighth-best career average in program history (79.9)…competed in all eight of the team’s events with six starts…posted a season stroke average of 79.8…tallied a 36-hole personal best at the Lady Moc Classic (Feb. 24-25) with a 160 total…assisted ERAU in setting single-round (286) and three-round (885) team records at the Emerald Coast Collegiate (Mar. 10-11)…also aided the program to a single-season team stroke average record of 309.78.
2023-24 (Junior): Received the D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award…named to the SSC Commissioner’s Honor Roll…tabbed a WGCA All-American Scholar…aided the team to its third-best season stroke average (312.61)…one of three Eagles to compete in all eight events and 23 rounds…helped the Eagles record the fifth (296) and ninth (299) best single round scores in the history of the program at the Golfweek D2 Fall Invite (Oct. 1-3) as well as the second-lowest 54-hole score (907)…contributed to the program’s eighth-best round score (298) and the fourth-best 36-hole total (605) at the Flagler Fall Slam (Oct. 23-24)…recorded her best score of the season at the World Golf Invitational (Feb. 5-6) with a 230…placed in a tie for 27th at the Peggy Kirk Bell Invitational…assisted in setting the program’s 10th-best 54-hole score (925) at the Lady Moc Classic 2.0 (Apr. 1-2).
2021-23 at Eastern Florida State College: Played two seasons for EFSC...Earned Honors was on First Ladies Team to make it to Nationals.
Prep: 2021 graduate of WAVE High School...coached by Lisa Peck..was Salutatorian, All-Academic, Captain, MVP, honors...was on first women’s Team to make it to nationals and first women to make it to state.
Personal: Born in Merrill, Florida...daughter of Chang Yang and Melee Thao...wants to become a marketing manager or run her own business...majoring in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing and a minor in Biomedical Science.
