2021 (Senior): Eagles of Excellence Scholarship recipient.

2020 (Junior): Appeared in all seven games with six starts…recorded two assists and two draw controls…both assists came in a 23-4 win at Emmanuel (Feb. 15).

2019 (Sophomore): Named to the Sunshine State Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll…took the field in all 17 contests, starting in 11 games…recorded three goals and five assists for eight total points…picked up 11 ground balls and won four draws…collected three ground balls, won two draws, scored twice and registered an assist against Montevallo (March 26) for a career-high three points.

2018 (Freshman): Named to the Sunshine State Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll…started all 17 games…registered 13 draw controls, 22 ground balls and a team-best 12 caused turnovers…totaled seven points on a goal and six assists…scored the first goal of her college career against Barton (March 7)…dished out two assists each against Florida Tech (April 14) and Rollins (April 18)…won four draws against Pace (March 11).
 
Prep: 2017 graduate of Quaker Valley High School...played for coaches Nellie and Susie Kraus...helped lead her team to a WPIAL Regional title in 2015 en route to a PIAA State semifinals appearance...team advanced to the PIAA State quarterfinals in 2014 after finishing as WPIAL Regional runner-up...earned the Hustle Award as a freshman...named team captain as a senior...member of the National Honor Society.

Personal: Born in Sewickley, Pennsylvania...parents are Susan and Jonathan Frund...majoring in Homeland Security with minors in Cybersecurity, Business Administration and Forensic Accounting...member of the ERAU Honors program.
