Maud Mrad joined the Embry-Riddle tennis staff as the Director of Tennis Operations in January 2018 after spending one season as a member of the Eagles’ women’s tennis team.
Mrad earned her bachelors degree in Communications at NCAA I Campbell University where she played two seasons for the Camels’ tennis program. A 2016 Big South All-Academic selection, she was 12-12 in singles in her first season, including a 7-8 dual match record playing in the middle of the lineup. Mrad, who named team captain, wrapped up her final season with Campbell with a 13-15 singles mark and was 13-14 in doubles, including a team-best 12 wins in dual matches.
With a season of eligibility remaining, Mrad elected to transfer to Embry-Riddle where she immediately impacted the lineup as the Eagles’ top-flight singles and doubles player. She finished second on the team in singles wins (14) and doubles wins (9) as the Eagles wrapped their final year of transition to NCAA II.
Mrad graduated with a Masters degree in Business Administration from Embry-Riddle in December 2017.
