Fall 2011: Went 1-3 in fall singles play…earned a win over Webber International’s Helen Perry (6-2, 6-0) in the first round of the USTA/ITA Florida Regional...teamed up with Elise Lagerstrom for a 1-3 doubles record…Scudder and Lagerstrom topped Webber International’s Holly Parnell and Katy Montforte 8-1 at the USTA/ITA Regional (Oct. 1).

As A Sophomore in 2011: Tallied four wins and four losses...closed out the season on a three-match winning streak…earned a three-set victory over Northwestern Ohio’s Kati Whittington (2-6, 6-2, 10-6) on Mar. 21. Fall 2010: Turned in a 1-4 record in tournament play…bested teammate Ana Lew at the Embry-Riddle Open…partnered with Rocío Frej Vitallé for a 4-2 doubles record…the duo won two matches in regional play to advance to the USTA/ITA Regional semifinals where they lost to the top-seeded duo of SCAD Savannah’s Hillary Collins and Magda Bresson 6-2, 6-2…Scudder and Frej Vitalé are rated 14th in the ITA/NAIA preseason doubles poll.

As A Freshman in 2009-10: Finished at 4-8 overall with a 2-4 record in dual matches…had a 2-0 record in conference play with an 8-0 victory over Webber International's Zulema Robles (Mar. 24) and another 8-0 win over Warner’s Kelly Pope (Mar. 24)… teamed up with Sara Abraul for a 2-4 record in doubles play…teamed up with Caroline Nilsson to top Eastern Kentucky’s Alyze Pagal and Catarina Branco 8-5…partnered with Taylor McWilliams for an 8-0 defeat of Warner’s Maxime Copely and Julia Valentine (Mar. 24)...Fall 2009: Went 2-4 in singles play…came from behind for a three-set victory (3-6. 6-4, 10-8) against Ronnie Spencer of NCAA I Jacksonville in the Embry-Riddle Open (Sept. 18-20)…bested St. Thomas’ Beatrice Gionvanni 7-6 (7-4), 7-6 (7-2) (Oct. 2).

Prep: 2009 graduate of Forest High School…earned four letters in tennis under coach Kathy Hatfield…closed out her high school career with a 19-2 singles record as a senior…four-year team captain…won individual district and regional titles on the way to All-Area and All-Region recognition in her senior campaign…led FHS to the state tournament in 2009…also played two seasons of junior varsity volleyball, earning MVP and Best Offensive Player honors…All-Academic selection.

Personal: Born in Ocala, Fla. on Sept. 13, 1990…daughter of Todd and Kimberly Scudder…mother Kimberly was a two-year letterwinner at Brenau…sister Caitlin played tennis for four seasons at the University of Tampa…majoring in Air Traffic Management.
