2024: INDOOR: Competed in four meets…set a PR of 5:13.66 in the mile at the Celebration Pointe Classic (Feb. 2-3)…helped the distance medley relay win first place in 12:33.45 at the Peach Belt Indoor Track & Field Championships (Feb. 19). OUTDOOR: Competed in six meets…placed third in the 800m in 2:15.57 at the Peach Belt Conference Track & Field Championships (April 29-30)…also helped the 4x400m relay to a silver medal with a time of 3:59.98.

2022-23: CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in all seven meets as a freshman...posted a season-best 5K time of 18:49.4 at the UAH Invitational (Oct .22)...ran a 23:30.3 6K at the NCAA II South Region Championship (Nov. 19)...finished 30th overall at the SSC Championship (Nov. 5). INDOOR: Competed in six meets…ran a PR of 5:21.82 in the mile at the Celebration Pointe Indoor Classic (Feb. 2)…placed fourth with a PR of 2:14.65 in the 800m at the Florida University Invitational (Feb. 9-10). OUTDOOR: Ran the fastest 1500m race of her career at the Embry-Riddle Spike’s Classic (March 30-April 1)…part of the Peach Belt Conference championship 4x400m relay team (3:59.16).

Prep: 2022 graduate of Lambert High School where she ran for four seasons...three-time Georgia state track medalist...earned All-County and All-Region honors...named the Forsyth County Track Girls Runner of the Year...2022 Track Most Improved award...holds the Lambert High School record in the 1,200m and 4x800m DMR.
 
Personal: Born in Suwanee, Georgia...parents are Angela and Ron Harris...majoring in Aerospace Engineering.
