Biography
2010-11: INDOOR – Participated in five meets in her first indoor season as an Eagle…won two events in her Embry-Riddle debut at the ERAU Indoor Outdoor Challenge (Jan. 22), the 60m hurdles (9.14, “A” standard) and the 200m (26.65)…second-fastest collegiate runner in the 55m hurdles (8.32) at the Jimmy Carnes Invitational (Jan. 29)…recorded second-fastest time the 60m hurdles (8.66) in the NAIA in 2011 and added an “A” standard in the 400m (58.08) at the ERAU Last Chance (Feb. 18)…placed fourth in the 200m in a school-record time of 24.45 at the NAIA Indoor National Championships (Mar. 3)…won her first NAIA Indoor National Championship (Mar. 3) in the 60m hurdles with a school-record time of 8.34…set five new school records throughout the indoor season: 55m (7.29, Jan. 29), 200m (24.45, Mar. 3), 55m hurdles (8.32, Jan. 29), 60m hurdles (8.34, Mar. 3), 4x400m relay (3:54.78, Mar 3). OUTDOOR – Saw action in eight meets during outdoor season…helped the 4x400m relay team to a second-place finish (3:55.17) at the USF Collegiate Invitational (Apr. 1)…also took third in the 400m (57.16) at the USF Collegiate Invitational (Apr. 1)…won bronze in the 200m (25.52) and gold in the 100m hurdles (14.29) and the 400m hurdles (1:01.28) at The Sun Conference Championships (Apr. 17)…part of two relays that qualified with “A” standard times at the UCF Twilight (May 5), the 4x100m (47.32) and 4x400m (3:49.73)…captured the NAIA Outdoor National Championship (May 26) in the 100m hurdles with a school-record time of 13.64, winning on a photo finish…also earned a bronze in the 400m hurdles at the NAIA Championships, setting a new school record in the event with a time of 59.42…set five school records during the outdoor season: 400m (57.16, Apr. 1), 100m hurdles (13.64, May 26), 400m hurdles (59.42, May 26), 4x100m relay (46.91, May 26), 4x400m relay (3:49.28, May 26).
AT BETHUNE-COOKMAN: Lettered in track for one year for the Lady Wildcats...holds school record in 400m hurdles (59.36)...holds second-fastest times in school history in 60m hurdles (8.62) and 100m hurdles (13.85).
AT MARYLAND: Lettered in track for one season for the Maryland Terrapins...holds two top-10 times in school history: 100m hurdles (14.04, sixth) and 400m hurdles (1:01.46, seventh).
PREP: Graduated from Samuel Wolfson High School in 2007…holds school record in 100m hurdles…regional champion and All-State in 100m hurdles and 300m hurdles as a senior…member of National Honor Society, Economics Club, and French Club.
PERSONAL: Born in Jacksonville, Fla. on Sept. 25, 1988…majoring in Communications…daughter of Annette Bardge.
