Biography
2021: OUTDOOR: Competed in four meets and recorded PRs in the three events in which she competed…crossed the line in a career-best time of 2:41.95 in the 800m at the Spikes Classic (April 2-3)…ran the fastest 400m of her career (1:07.66) at the Embry-Riddle Invite (April 17)…closed out the season with a PR of 1:16.04 in the 40m hurdles at the Peach Belt Conference Championships (April 30 – May 1).
Prep: 2020 graduate of Northeast High School...captained her prep team for three seasons...four-time track MVP and two-time cross country MVP...city champion in the 800m in both 2019 and 2020...All-County performer in the 400m (2017-19) and 800m (2020)...member of the Honor Roll.
Personal: Born in San Clemente, California...daughter of Cynthia and John Ingalls...majoring in Global Conflict Studies...volunteered at St. Paul's Homeless Shelter, Sawgrass Lake Elementary and Bridgepoint Church.
