CROSS COUNTRY: Sunshine State Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll...ran in five meets...finished 11th overall at the ERAU Classic (Sept. 25)...ran a season-best 24:26.5 6K time at the SSC Championships (Oct. 23). INDOOR: Competed in three indoor meets…recorded a career-best 3000m time of 11.22.28 at the BSC Indoor Icebreaker (Dec. 3). OUTDOOR: Competed in five outdoor meets…set a personal record of 18.51.94 in the 5000m at the UCF Knights Invite (March 25-26).
 
2020-21: CROSS COUNTRY: Named to the Sunshine State Conference Commissioner’s honor roll. The Eagles’ No. 5 finisher (26:02.2) at the SSC Championship, which was her only cross country competition of the season. OUTDOOR: Competed in five meets…set a personal best of 39:24.29 in the 10000m at the Spikes Classic (April 2-3).
 
2019-20 CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in five meets...broke her personal-best 5K time with a 19:37.8 at the Charles Bowles Invitational (Oct. 5)...placed eighth at the ASICS Embry-Riddle Classic (Sept. 21). INDOOR: Competed in five meets during the indoor season…set a personal best mark of 11:28.58 in the 3000m at the BSC Panther Indoor Icebreaker (Dec. 6)…closed out the indoor season with a PR of 19:18.13 in the 5000m at the Tampa Track Classic (Feb. 28).
 
2018-19: CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in seven meets...set a personal-best 5K time of 19:56.6 at the Sand Shark Invitational (Oct. 20)...finished 24th at the SSC Championship (Nov. 3) in 23:35.99. INDOOR: Competed primarily in the 5000m run at four indoor meets…best indoor time of the season was 20:05.92 at the Tampa Track Classic (March 1). OUTDOOR: Competed in five outdoor meets…turned in a personal best time of 12:33.30 in the 3000m Steeplechase at the Peach Belt Championships (April 18-20).
 
2017-18: CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in all eight meets in 2017…posted a season-best 5k time of 20:01.4 at the Panther Invitational (Oct. 12)…fifth-best Eagle finisher at the ASICS ERAU Classic (Sept. 16) in a time of 20:47.9…ran her best 6k time of 23:49.83 a the NCAA South Region Championship (Nov. 4). INDOOR: Ran the 5,000m in three meets, including a season-best 19:41.89 at the UT Track Classic (March 2). OUTDOOR: Competed in two events at the Peach Belt Championships, finishing the 10,000m in 41:40.33 and the 3,000m Steeplechase in 12:54.11...placed fifth overall in the 1,500m (5:33.09) at the Embry-Riddle/West Virginian Wesleyan Dual (March 5).
 
PREP: Graduated from Wiggins High School in 2017...cross country team MVP four consecutive years...led her team to the cross country regional championship in 2015...earned the Academic Excellence award and Academic Athlete honor from 2013-17...best mile time came in 2017 (5:35) and best 5k time of 19:43 was set in 2016.
 
PERSONAL: Born in St. Paul, Nebraska...daughter of Pamela Allen and Theron Schmalzried...majoring in Space Flight Operations.
