2017-18: INDOOR: Broke her own school record in the shot put with a toss of 12.28m at the BSC Panther Indoor Icebreaker (Dec. 1)…finished third in the weight throw with a career-best 15.86m mark at the JDL Last Chance Invitational (Feb. 25). OUTDOOR: Earned three top-five finishes at the Peach Belt Championships (April 19-21), including a second-place result in the hammer (45.95m), fourth place in the discus (37.55m), and fourth place in the shot put (12.30m).
 
2016-17: INDOOR: Won the discus (36.09m) and the weight throw (14.64m) at the ERAU Indoor-Outdoor Challenge (Jan. 21). OUTDOOR: Won the hammer with a season-best mark of 43.70m at the ERAU-West Virginia Wesleyan Dual (March 6)…won the discus with a career-best throw of 39.62m at the Florida Division 2 Challenge (March 25).
 
2015-16: INDOOR: Set school record in the shot put with a mark of 11.94m at the Samford Open (Feb. 12)…won the shot put (10.86m) and discus (32.28m) at the Embry-Riddle Indoor/Outdoor Challenge (Jan. 23)…won the weight throw with a career-best 13.87m at the Embry-Riddle Last Chance Meet (Feb. 20). OUTDOOR: Earned a pair of third-place results at the Spikes Classic (April 1-2) with marks of 38.55m in the hammer and 34.49m in the discus…threw a career-best 41.38m in the hammer at the UNF Spring Break Invitational (March 26)…set career-best in the discus with a toss of 37.79m at the Hurricane Alumni Invitational (April 8)…placed first or second in four events at the Florida DII Intercollegiate Invitational (April 16), winning the discus (35.41m) and hammer (39.07m) and finishing second with a career-best mark of 30.04m in the javelin.
 
PREP: Graduated from Middletown High School in June 2015…three sport athlete in high school participating in volleyball, basketball and track and field…personal-best in the shot put is 40’5.50” and in the discus is 127’4”…Frederick News Post Honorable Mention in volleyball (2014), basketball (2014-15)…basketball state finalist in 2012-13…Frederick News Post Track and Field Team selection, second team in 2013, first team in 2014 and 2015…Frederick County Discus Champion in 2014 and Frederick County Shot Put Champion in 2015…broke 35-year old school record in the discus.
 
PERSONAL: Born in Hagerstown, Maryland on April 5, 1997…daughter of Walter and Kendra Bussard…majoring in Aerospace Engineering…member of the National Honor Society.
