Biography

2004 (Freshman): Carver began the season as the starting setter, but her season ended after 11 matches due to an injury...averaged 7.38 assists on the year and finished with 288 (1.69 avg.) which was second on the team...recorded 18 service aces in 39 games played and finished with 33 kills with a .144 hitting percentage...recorded a career-high 37 assists at Warner Southern on Sept. 23 and posted 30-plus assists in five matches...finished with a career-high 11 digs against Florida Memorial on Sept. 17...claimed the team Coach's Award.

High School: Carver quarterbacked Silver Creek High School to the 2004 Sectional title and a second-place finish at Regionals en route to earning her school's Setters Award...also played club ball for one-year stints with Mid America Volleyball Association, Southern Indiana Volleyball Club, Network Volleyball, Louisville Thunder, Falls City-West Clark and three years with the Network Stars.

Personal: Majoring in Aeronautical Science...born in Louisville, Ky. on June 28, 1986...daughter of Ronald and Sandra Carver (two sisters)...chose Embry-Riddle because the Aerospace Engineering program is the best in the nation!
