2007-2008: INDOOR ? Ran his best time mile time of the season (4:38.45) at the Florida Intercollegiate Indoor Meet (Jan. 13). CROSS COUNTRY ? Finished among the Eagles' top three in seven out of eight races...posted the first sub-27 8K time of his career (26:44.0) at the Greater Louisville Classic (Sept. 30)...ran a career best 26:39.6 a week later at the Florida State Invitational (Oct. 7)...the Eagles' No. 2 runner at the regional and national meets...placed fourth overall at the FSC/Region XIV Championships to earn All-Conference and All-Region honors.

2006-2007: OUTDOOR - Competed primarily in the 800m and 1500m events...placed sixth in the 800m and eighth in the 1500m at the FSC Championships...posted his best 800m time of 1:59.27 at the Seminole Twilight meet (May 6)...fastest 1500m race was 4:17.64 at the Emory Track and Field Classic...helped the 4x800m relay team to a school-best 7:52.08 at the FSC Championships (Apr. 20). CROSS COUNTRY ? Competed in five races, scoring in two...the Eagles’ No. 4 finisher at the Florida Tech Invitational (Sept. 10) in 27:50.7...best overall finish was ninth at the Florida Tech Invitational...clocked in at a season-best 27:28.24 at the Southeastern Classic (Oct. 22), crossing the line third for the Eagles.

Prep: Graduated from the Paxon School for Advanced Studies in 2005...captured the 800m conference and district titles in 2005...ran a personal best 1:56.78 as the runner-up at the 2004 state meet...finished 13th at the 2004 state cross country meet in a career best 16:17 in the 5K...also lettered in basketball.

Personal: Born in Pinehurst, N.C. on November 30, 1986...son of Raphnell Smith and Alisha Woodbury-Smith...majoring in Aviation Business Administration...nominated for the West Rotary Club art scholarship.
