As a Junior in 2009: Named a 2009 Daktronics-NAIA Scholar Athlete for her 3.516 cumulative grade point average…made appearances in 23 matches…recorded 49 kills, 50 digs, nine service aces during the season…tallied eight kills and six digs against Sun Conference opponent Warner (Oct. 17)…her four-kill, 11-dig performance helped the Eagles to a straight-set win against Faulkner (Sept. 5).

As a Sophomore in 2008: Made an appearance in 62 sets…used primarily as a substitute in offensive situations…marked a season-high eight kills and 15 digs against Webber International on Oct. 1…had three double-digit dig matches…had 42 kills, three assists, four service aces and six service receptions...named to the Academic All-Conference team.

As a Freshman in 2007: Appeared in 65 sets in her rookie campaign…had 20 service aces, 100 kills and 167 digs…charted a season best 11 kills and 19 digs in the regional semifinal game against Webber International on Nov. 16.


Prep: A 2007 graduate of Bishop Kenny High School…recipient of the Coaches Award…an athletic academic scholar during her senior season…played on the state runner-up team for two consecutive years…participated with the Jacksonville Junior Volleyball Association club team from 2002-06…made the Junior Olympic team in 2007.

Personal: Daughter of Carol and Steven Anastase…pursuing a degree in Software Engineering.
