Paige Bussard of the women's track & field team has earned the Embry-Riddle Female Athlete of the Week honor for the week of Feb. 8-14. Bussard set the school record in the shot put on Saturday at the Samford Open in Birmingham, Alabama. Bussard set the mark of 11.94m on her third and final throw. She also set a new personal best in the weight throw with a toss of 13.30m.
