Senior guard Mercedes Jorge has been named Embry-Riddle Female Athlete of the Week for the week of Nov. 7-13. Jorge set a career high with 30 points and pulled down 10 rebounds to lead ERAU to a 78-65 win at Flagler on Nov. 12. One day earlier, Jorge tallied eight points and four boards to help the Eagles knock off Lindenwood, 66-61. For the week, Jorge averaged 19 points, seven rebounds, one assist and one steal per game.
