Olivia Roa of the ERAU volleyball team is the first winner of Embry-Riddle's Female Athlete of the Week Award for the 2017-18 season. Roa, a sophomore from Port Orange, leads the Sunshine State Conference in digs/set after the first week of games. Roa and the Eagles went 2-1 at the Bahama House Classic over the weekend, with Roa recording 74 digs in 11 sets, registering at least 20 digs in all three ERAU matches.
