Rolfsen was instrumental in the Eagles' first Sunshine State Conference victory. She played all 90 minutes, anchoring a back line that surrendered just two shots on frame to Saint Leo. Her efforts helped the Eagles come away with a 3-0 shutout of the Lions. Rolfsen was selected as the program's first Sunshine State Conference Defensive Player of the Week for her performance against Saint Leo.
