Melanie Canfield of the volleyball team has been selected as Embry-Riddle's Female Athlete of the Week for Oct. 2-8. Canfield tallied 46 kills, 24 digs and four service aces over the weekend. She racked up 25 kills and 12 digs against Tampa and added 21 kills and 12 digs against Florida Southern.
