Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Athletics

Ella Duggan of the volleyball team has been selected as Embry-Riddle's Female Athlete of the Week for Oct. 9-15. For Duggan, this marks her first award of the 2017 season and the second of her career. Duggan tallied 18 blocks (seven solo) and 17 kills in ERAU's three matches at the South Region Crossover Tournament this weekend. Her best match came in a 3-1 win over Montevallo where she racked up eight kills and eight blocks (two solo). For her performance at the tournament, Duggan was named to the All-Tournament Team. She was also honored as the Sunshine State Conference Volleyball Defensive Player of the Week.
