Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Athletics

Lauren Ellenberger of the Embry-Riddle women's basketball team is this week's Tijuana Flats Female Athlete of the Week. This is her first award of the season and fourth of her career. Ellenberger scored 18 points and grabbed eight rebounds in ERAU's lone contest at Florida Southern last week. The senior was 7-of-16 from the field, including 3-of-7 from behind the arc, and 1-of-2 from the free-throw line. Se also grabbed two steals and dished out four assists in the game.
