The junior from Norcross broke the program's single-season blocks record at the NCAA II South Region Championship this weekend, finishing the season with 174 total blocks. Lanning tallied six kills and four blocks while hitting .444 in a 3-0 sweep of Lynn in the first round on Thursday and posted five kills and seven blocks while hitting .364 in a season-ending 3-1 defeat to No. 5 West Florida in the regional semifinals on Friday.
