th-ranked Eagles fell to top-ranked Sunshine State Conference foe Saint Leo 7-0 in a weather-shortened match on Saturday. The last match at the Crotty Tennis Complex for seniors

Deepak Vishavkarma saw the Eagles move to 11-6 overall and 4-3 in the SSC, while the Lions remain undefeated at 17-0 and 6-0 in the league.
The Lions put their stamp on the game early, sweeping all three doubles points. The 11
th-ranked pair of Thomas Grinberg and Vincent Suillerot scored the first tally, besting second-ranked Arreygue and
Andres Donayre 8-4 at the top spot. Francisco Aparicio and Aurel Ciocanu downed
Juan Ortiz Couder and
Lucas Bos 8-5 at No. 2, and Jaime Bueno and Willem van der Akker completed the sweep with an 8-5 win over Vishavkarma and
Mickael Faucher on court three.
Ranked No. 1 in the latest ITA/NCAA II singles poll, Grinberg bested No. 44 Ortiz Couder 6-3, 6-3 at the top singles spot, and Bueno assured the Lions of the victory by holding off Vishavkarma 7-6 (4), 6-0 on court three.
The Eagles will close out regular season play at 1 p.m. tomorrow with a road match against Palm Beach Atlantic.
