DAYTONA BEACH, Fla – The No.13 Embry-Riddle men's tennis team (1-0) opened the season with a quick win against St. Thomas. The doubles started the Eagles off right as they won two of the three doubles matches. They dominated in singles winning all six matches in straight sets.

Enrico Rosellini, won his first in-season, collegiate singles match, dominating Rosencrantz 6-1, 6-2 at line three.

Iftime, at line 5, went toe-to-toe with Giacomo Nava in the first set, finding the edge and winning 6-4. He carried this momentum into the second set and came out on top 6-2.

At line six was the freshman from Missouri, Mason Cisco, who won 6-3, 6-2 with a convincing performance against Gewaltig.
The Eagles' next game is their first conference game of the season, which they will play at home against Palm Beach Atlantic on February 8 at noon.
