HUNSTVILLE, Ala. – The No. 20 Embry-Riddle women's lacrosse team (1-0) showcased a dominating 18-4 victory on the road against Alabama Huntsville (0-1) on Saturday. The Eagles had some stand-out performances from both the returners and freshmen.

The defense led by goalie Ella-Rae Cox, remained strong, only allowing four goals, all coming in the second quarter. Cox had eight saves giving her a .667% for the match.

Foreman: She was the leading goal scorer for the afternoon with five goals. She also racked up one assist, six points, one ground ball, and one caused turnover.
The Eagles return to action next Sunday against Montevallo at noon in Montevallo, Ala.
