  • On the defensive side, Embry-Riddle stood strong, forcing NSU to miss seven of its first nine shots.
  • That lead grew to nine points (21-12) when Jared Berry produced seven points in a minute-and-a-half stretch beginning with 14:08 left on the clock.
  • From there, the Sharks went on a 19-5 streak to send ERAU down 31-26 with 6:16 left in the half.
  • Nova Southeastern made its last four shots of the half to take an eight-point advantage into the locker room (48-40).

Second Half
  • The Sharks captured a quick five points, but Michael McCalister answered with back-to-back jumpers to get the deficit back into single digits (53-44, 17:32).
  • From there, the visitors scored 13 unanswered points which turned into a 17-3 spurt (70-47, NSU).
  • With 13:42 on the clock, a McCalister layup ignited a 17-5 run to bring the Eagles within 11 (75-64, 9:42), but that was as close as Embry-Riddle would get for the remainder of the game.
  • Despite that, ERAU did convert on seven of its final eight shots.
