DESTIN, Fla. - It was a historic performance for Embry-Riddle Women's Golf as the Eagles set three program records en route to a fourth-place result at the Emerald Coast Collegiate.

"I'm super proud of how they leaned into the opportunity," said Head Coach Maria Lopez. "They had a laser-lock focus and free spirit. That's all I can ever ask for. Their resiliency blossomed, and I think some swagger did as well. They represented and honored the legacy with grit and gratitude. They did a great job!"

As a team, the Eagles set program records in both single-round (286) and three-round (885) scores. The tournament total was 19 strokes clear of the previous record. ERAU's 286 on Tuesday allowed the Blue and Gold to jump up two spots into fourth, which is a season-best result. Embry-Riddle finished ahead of notable programs such as No. 20 Missouri-St. Louis (886), No. 8 St. Mary's (887) and No. 19 Central Missouri (887).

Loa Johannsson used a career-best 69 during the final round, which tied for the third-lowest round in program history, to record a three-round program-record of 210 strokes for her best-ever result as an Eagle (3rd). The score shattered the previous record, also held by Johannsson, by eight shots, and it was the first-ever 54-hole score that was under par.

Savannah Hawthorne and Alexandra Drum also posted 54-hole personal bests of 220, which tied for the third-lowest scores ever by an Eagle.
