HOW IT HAPPENED
First Quarter

Sarah Napoli three made it a two-point game (12-10) after 10 minutes.
Second Quarter
• Anye' Staton's layup tied the game at 12-12 to start the second.
• The Eagle defense held the Lions to just nine points in the first eight minutes, while the offense outscored the visitors 23-10 in the quarter to take a 33-26 lead into the halftime break.
Third Quarter
• The Lions shot the ball well in the third going 8-of-14 (57.1%) from the field and 50 percent (2-of-4) from beyond the arc.
• The Eagle lead was eight (38-30) with 6:50 remaining, but the Lions got back-to-back threes from Vanessa Mcmanus that tied the score at 38-38.
• The Lions went on to reclaim the lead, but the advantage was short-lived as the Eagles closed out the period on a 6-2 run to lead 50-46 heading into the final frame.
Fourth Quarter
• Lengemann scored the first bucket of the fourth quarter and a pair of free throws by Jean-Louis extended the cushion to eight points (54-46)
• The Lions converted on two free throws of their own but Teterycz countered with a three-pointer, and a Jean-Louis three-point play and a Lengemann trey made it a 15-point (63-48) game.
• From that point, the Eagles did not look back, and although the Lions went on an 8-0 spurt to end the game, it was too little too late, giving the Eagles the 10-point win.
