Women’s Golf Finishes SSC Championship

HOWEY-IN-THE-HILLS, Fla. - Embry-Riddle Women's Golf capped off the Sunshine State Conference Championship with a 310 on Tuesday to finish with 950 strokes in 10th.

All teams in the tournament are ranked inside the top-40 of the latest Clippd rankings.  
 
"It was the toughest golf course and field of the year," said Head Coach Maria Lopez. "A bittersweet finish to a record-breaking season, but I'm proud of our resolve in round three. I'm grateful for our seniors for their love, heart, and hard work for the program. They and the whole team honored the legacy and grew it forward."

Yang has been invited to compete in the PGA Works Championship at the historic Whistling Straights in Kohler, Wisconsin on May 5-7. Johannsson will wait to see if she is selected as an individual to compete in the NCAA II South Regional. The selections will be announced on NCAA.com on Monday, April 28.
