GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The Embry-Riddle women's track and field team delivered a dominant performance Saturday at the Peach Belt Conference Indoor Track and Field Championship, scoring 234.5 points, 127.5 more than runner-up Flagler College, to secure its third straight indoor conference title.
The Eagles' showing featured six Peach Belt Conference Championship meet records and three school records.
Championship Performances:
Mikaela Miles: Miles competed in four events, winning two and scoring in all four. She captured gold in her signature events, the triple jump and long jump. In the triple jump, she posted a leap of 12.83m, setting both an ERAU program record and a PBC Championship meet record. In the long jump, she recorded a mark of 5.73m another meet record. Miles also helped the 4x400m relay team to a third-place finish and added points in the 60m dash, placing fifth in 7.89.
Kirsten Rolle: Rolle defended her title in the weight throw, earning gold for the second consecutive year with a throw of 16.27m.
Alexandra Baltazar-Hall: Baltazar-Hall claimed first place in the shot put with a toss of 12.40m, setting a PBC Championship meet record in the process.
Cheyenne Wetch: In a battle among teammates, Wetch emerged victorious in the pole vault, clearing 3.76m to set a new school record and a PBC Championship meet record.
Michala Daniels: The Eagles went 1-5-7 in the event, with Daniels leading the way to gold in 9.02.
Jade Nayap: Nayap secured the high jump title with a first-attempt clearance of 1.62m, then raised the bar to 1.68m to break both the ERAU school record and the PBC Championship meet record.

Mackenzie Keller cruised to a 26 second victory, clocking 12:13.12 and shattering the previous PBC Championship meet record.
