LAKELAND, Fla. – No. 16-ranked Embry-Riddle men's tennis traveled to Lakeland, Florida for the regular season finale at No. 13-ranked Florida Southern.
The Eagles dropped a 5-2 loss to the Mocs on Thursday afternoon at the Wynee Warden Tennis Center.

- Florida Southern captured the doubles with a 6-2 win in the third flight and followed with a 6-3 win in flight one.
- Embry-Riddle kept the Mocs from a sweep in doubles with Joao Morgado and Joshua Nuyts winning 7-6 (7-3) over Bosko Boskovic and Gabriel Jornert.
- The Mocs clinched the match by taking court six, one, and five in straight sets.
- FSC added another point to the tally on line four in a three-set battle.
- Embry-Riddle claimed the remaining courts in the second and third flights of singles.
- Manuel Lanteri secured a 6-3, 7-5 win over Matthew Hewitt while Nuyts wrapped up the match with a 7-6 (8-6), 6-2 win over Onur Turgut on line three.
