OUTDOOR: Competed in eight meets…accomplished a personal best in the 1500m with 4:07.04 at Embry-Riddle Blue and Gold Meet (3/2/24)…at the Peach Belt Conference Track & Field Championship (4/30/24), he ran a PB of 1:53.55 in the 800m.

CROSS COUNTRY: SSC Commissioner's Honor Roll recipient...ran in three meets...career-best 8K time of 29:31.6 came at the UAH Invitational (Oct. 9).
INDOOR: Competed in six meets during the indoor season…set an Embry-Riddle indoor record in the 800m of 1:54.36 at the U of SC Indoor Open (Feb. 18)…helped the DMR team to a season-best 10:02.23 at the GVSU Big Meet (Feb. 12). OUTDOOR: Had a PR of 4:08.52 in the 1500m at the Embry-Riddle Spike’s Classic (April 1-2)…posted a career-best 1:54.15 in the 800m to finish fourth at the Peach Belt Conference Championships (April 22-23).
2020-21: OUTDOOR: D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award…Peach Belt Conference Presidential Honor Roll Gold Scholar…Peach Belt Conference Team of Academic Distinction…recipient of the Jay & Leila Adams Family Athletic Endowed scholarship…competed in four meets…ran a career best 4:!6.76 in the 1500m at the ERAU First Chance Last Chance meet (Feb. 20)…ran the fastest 800m race of career at the Peach Belt Conference Track and Field Championships (April 30 – May 1), crossing the line in 1:55.58.
2019-20: CROSS COUNTRY: Named to the Sunshine State Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll…ran in four meets as a true freshman...best time of 30:06.1 came at the FSU Invitational (Oct. 11)...named to the Sunshine State Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll.
INDOOR: Earned USTFCCCA All-America honors in the distance medley relay…USTFCCCA All-Region in the DMR...USTFCCCA All-Academic awardee...part of the DMR team that broke the school record with a 9:55.14 at the South Carolina Invitational (Feb. 8)...member of the 4x400m relay team that placed first in 3:20.61 at the Embry-Riddle Indoor-Outdoor Challenge (Jan. 25).
Prep: Graduated in 2019 from Lincoln High School...first team All-Big Bend honoree in track (2019)...earned the Trojan Award as a junior...personal-best times of 17:21 in the 5k, 4:47 in the 1600m, 1:55.76 in the 800m and 51.32 in the 400m.
Personal: Born in Tallahassee, Florida...son of Prokop and Simone Hruda...majoring in Civil Engineering.
