All required medical paperwork and a sports physical must be submitted no later than noon on Friday, March 31, 2023. You will NOT be allowed to attend if you have not submitted your paperwork and have been cleared by sports medicine. The ERAU Sports Medicine office is located on the 1st  floor of the ICI Center.

·       Click "Inside Athletics" > Click "Tryout Information" > Click "Sports Medicine Required Forms"

The documents needed are under "Current ERAU Students Tryouts".

Attire: T-shirt, shorts and cheer shoes. NO Jewelry.* School colors are preferred.

Please come to tryouts with hair and make-up as you would for a game (game ready).

Please note: Practice times for the fall 2023 semester will be Monday, Wednesday and Fridays 8:00a.m.-9:45a.m., Wednesdays from 5:30p.m.-7:00p.m and Sundays from 6:00p.m.-8:00p.m. Workouts for the fall 2023 semester are scheduled for Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:15p.m.-6:00p.m. We ask that you try to avoid scheduling classes during practice and workout times.

If you are unable to attend the in-person tryout on Sunday, April 2nd, you can tryout via video. Please review the video tryout instructions here.

All candidates must submit their video and tryout paperwork by 5:00 pm on Friday, April 28th.

There will be no tryouts held during the fall 2023 semester. Video tryouts will be the final tryout for the 2023-2024 team.
