Biography
As a Junior in 2011: Came off the bench in 10 contests in her first year with ERAU women’s soccer…connected on her only shot attempt of the year, scoring an unassisted goal against Johnson & Wales on Sept. 25.
Prep: Played for Lake Howell High School as a senior while being home-schooled…a double roster player for the Indy Burn Inferno and Indy Burn Pumas club teams in Indianapolis…captained the Indy Burn squad for three seasons and was the Defensive MVP…played for Coach Joe Raymond and the Central Florida United Soccer Club in her junior and senior seasons…also lettered in track and field…named to the All-District and All-Region teams in track as a senior.
Personal: The daughter of Michele and Daniel Sandon…also competes for the Eagles’ track and field team…raced in eight cross country meets as a sophomore…2012 All-American in 4x800m relay as part of third-place team (8:59.34) at NAIA Outdoor National Championships (May 25)…All-Conference performer in 4x100m relay (51.82, 3rd) and 4x400m relay (4:12.44, 3rd) at 2012 The Sun Conference Championship (Apr. 23)…volunteered at Fern Park’s Food Pantry…majoring in Aerospace Studies. |
