Prep: A 2004 graduate of Whitney M. Young Magnet prep school...earned two letters in baseball where he hit .400 with 35 stolen bases during his senior year.

Personal: Born in Chicago, Ill. on Feb. 9, 1986...son of Juventino and Maria Meza...majoring in Aeronautical Science with a minor in Communications...worked with youth groups and coached Little League teams during his summers in Chicago...a former member of the Embry-Riddle cheerleading squad.
