2005 Track Season: Recorded the team's best time 10,000m time of 33:55.63 at the Lynx Invitational (Mar. 26)...also turned in a team-best 15:57.30 5,000m time at the Disney Relays (Mar. 11)...recipient of the team's Most Valuable Distance Runner award.

2004 Cross Country Season: Raced and scored in all six meets?the Eagles' top finisher in three meets?best overall finish was fourth in 27:23 at the regional meet?posted a career-best 27:18 at the NAIA National Championships (Nov. 20)?helped teammate Jason Kiggins to his first sub-30 8K performance at the St. Thomas Invitational (Oct. 22)?selected to the All-Conference and All-Region teams?recognized as the team's Most Valuable Runner.

2003 Cross Country Season: Ran in seven meets and scored in five?the Eagles' No. 2 runner at the Louisville Classic (Sept. 27) and the Stetson Invitational (Oct. 17)?notched his best time of the year of 27:54.64 at the Disney Classic (Oct. 11)?clocked in at 28:44.91 for a season-best ninth place finish to help the Blue and Gold to its third straight team title at the Florida Tech Invitational (Sept. 13).

2002 Cross Country Season: Competed in eight races...the Eagles' No. 3 runner at the Oglethorpe (Sept. 28), Hatter (Oct. 18) and Warner Southern (Oct. 25) Invitationals... ran his best time of the season of 28:13.00 at the Hatter Invitational...finished ninth overall at the Oglethorpe Invitational...finished 19th at the regional meet (Nov. 2) with a time of 29:58.

High School: 2002 graduate of Acworth, Georgia's North Cobb High School...three-year letterwinner for coach Michael Lofton's Warriors ...three-time most valuable runner for the Warriors... individual region champion as a senior...qualified for the state championships as a junior and senior, finishing in 15th and 34th respectively...also named first-team all-county as a senior...posted a person best of 16:32 in the 5K as a senior...helped lead the Warriors to an eighth-place finish at state in 2001...also lettered in swimming and track...four-time state qualifier in the pool, earning first-team all-county honors as a junior and senior...finished second in the county in the 100m butterfly...also a state qualifier in track...earned Academic All-America accolades in swimming.
