2019-20: CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in all six meets for ERAU...second team All-SSC performer with a 13th-place showing at the SSC Championships (Oct. 26) in 26:37.3...became the eighth-fastest 10K runner in school history at the NCAA II South Regionals (Nov. 9), finishing in 34:01.9...set a personal-best 8K time of 26:11.6 at the Charles Bowles Invitational (Oct. 5)...posted his first career top-10 finish by placing sixth at the ASICS Embry-Riddle Classic (Sept. 21) in 27:13.1.

2018-19: CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in six meets for the Eagles...best time of the season came at the Mountain Dew Invitational (Sept. 22) in 26:36.67...fourth Eagle finisher at the South Florida Invitational (Oct. 12) in 28:46.5. INDOOR: Ran career-best 9:04.51 in the 3000m at the USC Open Indoor (Feb. 16). OUTDOOR: Set personal record in the 10,000m with a time of 34:52.24 at the IMG Academy Invitational (March 16)…posted PR of 15:48.37 in the 5000m at the North Florida Spring Break Invitational (March 22)…scored points with a personal-best time of 10.22.03 in the 3000m Steeplechase at the Peach Belt Championships (April 19).

2017-18: CROSS COUNTRY: Participated in five meets…finished sixth on the team in a season-best time of 28:02.5 at the Lewis Conference Cross-Over (Oct. 7)…ran a 28:05.88 at the SSC Championship (Oct. 21), placing 34^thoverall. INDOOR: Competed in five meets as a sophomore...best meet came at the Embry-Riddle First Chance Last Chance (Feb. 17) where he won the 5,000m (16:05.05) and set a personal-best in the 800m (2:02.24). OUTDOOR: Ran in four meets, primarily competing in the 5,000m...posted a season-best time of 15:52.58 in the 5,000m at the UNF Spring Break Invitational (March 23).

2016-17: Cross Country: Ran in all four meets for the Eagles as a freshman...posted a season-best time of 26:31.90 at the Sand Shark Invite (Oct. 22) as the fourth ERAU finisher...placed 47th overall at the Mountain Dew Invite (Sept. 24) in 28:45.97. INDOOR: Finished third with his DMR team at the KMS Invitational (Jan. 29) in a time of 10:30.84...ran his season-best 3,000m time of 9:09.06 at the KMS Invitational. OUTDOOR: Finished third in the 5,000m at the Florida Division 2 Challenge (March 25), running a 15:50.49...took first with his DMR team against West Virginia Wesleyan (March 6) in 10:27.68.
