Biography

2016: Named to the Sunshine State Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll...started in 11 games with 15 total appearances...had seven hits with three runs scored.

2015: Drew 19 starts in 30 appearances…collected 13 hits and 11 walks with four RBIs…went 2-for-4 with an RBI against Thomas at The Sun Conference Tournament (May 3).

2014: Provided depth behing the plate, making four starts with 19 appearances in his freshman campaign...got his first collegiate hit in a win at Southeastern (Feb. 8).

2013: Redshirted.

Prep: Oviedo High School graduate in 2012...named Oviedo's Most Valuable Player as a senior...second team All-Seminole Athletic Conference selection in 2012...named his team's Defensive Player of the Year as a junior...hit .338 as a senior with a .451 on-base percentage...drove in 17 runs and scored 17 of his own...averaged .341 from the plate as a junior...honor roll student from 2009-12.

Personal: Born in St. Petersburg, Florida...son of Lori and David Maxon...majoring in Mechanical Engineering...brother Adam is a graduate assistant coach for the Eagles.
