Biography
2007-08: INDOOR ? Placed second in the 60m hurdles in 8.90 and was a member of the second place 4x400m relay team at the Winter Sun #1 (Jan. 19). OUTDOOR? Awarded the Florida Sun Conference Men’s Field Track Athlete of the Year...ran the 110m hurdles in 15.74 and the 400m hurdles in 56.33 at the FSU Relays (Mar. 29)... took second place in the 400m hurdles in 56.33 at the Spikes Classic (Mar. 15)...ran the 110m hurdles in 15.24 and the 400m hurdles in 55.65, taking second place in the 400m at the Miami Elite Invitational (Apr. 12)...reached a “B” standard in the 400m hurdles with a time of 54.93 and a sixth place finish at the Seminole Twilight (May 11).
2006-07: INDOOR ? Raced his way to a 8.78 finish in the 60m hurdles at the ERAU Indoor/Outdoor Challenge (Jan. 27)...finished the 55m hurdles in 9.67 at the Florida Collegiate Indoor Meet...ran the 400m in 52.85 at the ERAU Indoor/Outdoor Challenge (Jan. 27). OUTDOOR ? Part of the relay squad that set a school record of 1:05.39 in the 4x110m shuttle hurdle at the Pepsi Florida Relays (Apr. 6)...completed the 110m hurdles in 15.54 at the FSC Championships (Apr. 19)...sped to a 55.75 finish in the 400m hurdles at Webber International (May 4).
Prep: A 2006 graduate of Meridian High School...a three-sport athlete that earned eight varsity letters...recorded personal bests of 15.10 in the 110m hurdles and 41.0 in the 300m hurdles...state qualifier in the 110m and 300m hurdles...track team captain during his senior year...also lettered in football and basketball...second team All-District basketball selection.
