2011-12: CROSS COUNTRY – Ran in seven of ERAU’s eight meets on the year…highest finish came at the Asics Embry-Riddle Classic (Oct. 8) when he placed 13th overall in 30:56.29, helping the Eagles to a team title…ran to his season-best time of 28:26.54 at the Southeast Classic (Oct. 22). INDOOR – Won the 800m at the Webber Warrior Indoor Track Classic (Feb. 11) with a time of 2:03.20…set a career-fastest time in the 600m at the same meet, clocking a 1:24.55…ran a season-best time of 2:01.58 in the 800m at the ERAU Last Chance (Feb. 17)…helped the Distance Medley Relay to a first-place time of 11:40.57 at the Jimmy Carnes Invitational (Jan. 14)…competed in the 4x800 relay at the NAIA Indoor Championships (Mar. 1), helping the team to a 7:46.29 in the preliminaries. OUTDOOR – Competed in eight meets during the outdoor season…was part of the quartet that won the 4x800m relay (7:46.13) at The Sun Conference Championships (Apr. 23)…broke the two-minute mark in the 800m (1:59.56) at the USF Bulls Invitational (Mar. 15)…recorded season-best time of 1:59.28 in the 800m at the Duke Twilight (May 6).
 
2010-11: CROSS COUNTRY – Competed in four meets for the Eagles...finished 25th overall at the ERAU Asics Classic (Sept. 25) with a time of 29:57.24...ran a season-best time of 28:03.80 at the Walt Disney World Classic (Oct. 9). INDOOR – Ran the fastest 500m on the team with a 1:13.32 at the Tiger Paw Invitational (Feb. 11)…placed 11th in the 800m at the Jimmy Carnes Invitational with a 2:02.40 (Jan. 29)…part of 4x800m relay team that finished first at the ERAU Last Chance in a time of 7:51.16 (Feb. 18). OUTDOOR – Finished fifth in the 800m at the ERAU Spikes Classic in 1:57.88 (Mar. 18)…won the 4x800m at the ERAU Spikes Classic in 7:45.67 (Mar. 18)…helped 4x800m team win at the conference meet by over 25 seconds in 7:40.7 (Apr. 17).
 
2009-10: CROSS COUNTRY – Ran in six meets for the Blue and Gold…placed 13th overall at the Florida Tech Invite (Sept. 12) in 27:49.51.
 
2008-09: OUTDOOR – Placed second in the high jump with a height of 1.77m (5’9.6”) and third in the 800m run with a time of 2:03.35 at the Spike’s Classic (Mar. 21)…competed in the 800m run at the Riddle Run-Around (Apr. 5) with a fifth place finish in a time of 2:02.22…ran the 3K steeplechase and high jump at the 2009 Sun Conference Championship (Apr. 19), placing sixth (10:47.94) and fifth (1.76m), respectively. INDOOR – Placed fifth in both the 800m and 1000m runs at the ERAU Challenge (Jan.31) with times of 2:02.84 and 2:42.33, respectively…took sixth place in the high jump at the ERAU Challenge with a height of 1.73m…participated in the 600m run at the ERAU Last Chance (Feb. 21) meet and placed 12th with a time of 1:25.70. CROSS COUNTRY – Ran in five meets for ERAU…posted his best time of 28:05 at the Florida Tech Invitational (Sept.13), finishing 12th overall…ran a 30:28.37 at the Asics Classic (Sept. 20) to finish 10th among Eagle runners.
 
PREP: Graduated from Rockledge High School in 2008...was a Cape Coast All-Conference selection for cross country and in the 800m in his junior and senior seasons.
