Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Athletics

2015: INDOOR: Posted a time of 7.91 in the 60m at the Embry-Riddle Last Chance (Feb. 21) before running a 25.17 in the 200m...also competed at the Embry-Riddle Indoor/Outdoor Challenge (Jan. 17). OUTDOOR: Competed in three meets during the outdoor season…ran a 25.42 in the 200m at the Embry-Riddle Spikes Classic (April 4)…posted a mark of 5.02m in the long jump at The Sun Conference Championships (April 19).

2013-14: INDOOR: Competed in three meets…top times included 7.34 in the 55m dash at the Jimmy Carnes Invitational (Jan. 17), as well as 8.07 in the 60m dash and 25.43 in the 200m dash at the Embry-Riddle Indoor/Outdoor Challenge (Jan. 25).  OUTDOOR: Competed in the 100m and 200m at the ERAU Spike Classic (April 4-5) with times of 12.81 and 26.19 respectively.

PREP: Graduated from Interboro High School in June 2013…ran cross country and track…team captain junior and senior year for the cross country and track teams…holds school record in the 100m, 200m, 400m, long jump, 4x100m and 4x400m…best marks are 11.3 in the 100m, 22.6 in the 200m and 51.1 in the 400m.

PERSONAL: Born in Essington, Pa. on May 17, 1994…parents are Deborah and Kevin Parkinson…volunteered at a homeless shelter…assisted an adult with multiple sclerosis with daily living skills…majoring in Aeronautical Engineering…hopes to be a helicopter pilot for Boeing.
