2006 Track Season: Outdoor -Ran the 100, 200 and 400 meters for the Eagles…also competed in long jump and triple jump…ran her fast 100m race of 13.22 at the FSC Championships (Apr. 20)…jumped to a season-best 16’6” in the long jump at the Winter Sun #2 meet (Feb. 18)...jumped to 33’6.75” in the triple jump at the Seminole Track Invitational (Apr. 7)…part of the 4x100m relay team that set a new school record of 49.67 at the Georgia Tech Invitational (May 14). Indoor - posted a season-best 8.05 in the 55m dash at the Florida Intercollegiates (Jan. 15).
Prep: Earned four letters in track at Kent Island High School, where she graduated from in 2005…recipient of the Most Oustanding Runner, Master of Sports, sportsmanship and Keri Strug Awards…Bayside champion in the 300m dash…part of the regional champion 4x400m relay team…state qualifier in the 100m, 200m, triple jump, long jump and 4x400m relay…women's soccer team captain…National Honor Society president.
Personal: Born in Annapolis, Maryland on April 25, 1987…daughter of Raymond Meyer and Katherine Bishop…majoring in Aerospace Engineering.
