2014-15: CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in five meets for the Eagles…set a personal best at the Sand Shark Invitational (Oct. 25) as she crossed the finish line in 21:47.62. INDOOR: Finished seventh in both the 1,000m (3:25.92) and the 4x400m relay (4:37.14) at the Embry-Riddle Indoor/Outdoor Challenge (Jan. 17). OUTOOR: Posted a pair of career-best marks at The Sun Conference Championships (April 19) in the Discus (17.35m) and High Jump (1.43m)…finished her freshman campaign with a personal-best 23.66m throw in the Javelin at the UCF Twilight (April 30)…helped her 4x800m relay team finish third at the Embry-Riddle Spikes Classic (April 15) with a time of 10:09.73.

PREP: Graduated Summa Cum Laude from Olympia High School in 2014…recipient of the United States Marine Corps Distinguished Athlete Award as a senior…earned All-Metro Team accolades in the 4x800m relay in 2014…named the Most Valuable Player for the Titans’ girls soccer team in as a junior and senior…captained both her prep soccer squad and the FC America Girls U18 squads in 2013-14.
 
PERSONAL: Born in Pompton Lakes, N.J. on April 5, 1996…parents are Catherine and Paul Parios…majoring in Business Administration…volunteers at the Health Central Park, assisting the disabled elderly…also volunteered for Relay for Life, the Million Meals Challenge and Stop Hunger Now among numerous other charitable organizations.
