2008-09:  OUTDOOR – Participated in the 1500m run at the Spike’s Classic (Mar. 21) finishing in 5:20.87…member of the 4x800m team at the Florida Relays (Apr. 3-4) that placed fifth with a time of 9:21.49…placed eighth in the 800m run with a time of 2:20.88 at the Florida Relays…placed second in the 800m run at Riddle Run-Around (Apr. 5) with a time of 2:29.45…took first in the Miami Elite (Apr. 11) 1500m run with a time of 4:39.92 and completed the 800m run in 2:29.25…competed in the 400m dash, 800m run and 1500m run at the 2009 Sun Conference Championship (Apr. 19) and placed second (59.44), sixth (2:26.42), and third (5:05.53), respectively…participated in the 1500m at the Seminole Twilight (May 8-9) placing nineteenth with a time of 5:45.42…placed fifth in the NAIA Outdoor Nationals (May 21-23) 800m run with a time of 2:20.82…member of the 4x400 relay team that took first place at The Sun Conference Championships in a time of 4:04.16. INDOOR – Repeated a national Champion performance at the NAIA National Championships (Mar. 5-7) in the 1000m run with a time of 2:54.287…member of the third place 4x400m team with a relay time of 4:36.41 at the Winter Sun (Jan. 17)…took first in both the 1000m run and distance medley with times of 3:02.55 and 12:55.93, respectively at the Winter Sun (Jan. 17)…broke the school record in the 1000m run at the Clermont Invitational (Jan. 20) in a time of 2:56.55)…set the current school record in the indoor mile in a time of 5:04.35 at the Tiger Paw Invitational (Feb. 13)…placed first in the ERAU Challenge (Jan.31) 800m run with a time of 2:24.64…finished second in the 800m run with a time of 2:13.61 and fifth in the distance medley with a time of 12:23.38 at the Tiger Invitational (Feb. 13-14)…participated as a member of the 4x400m relay team with a time of 4:08.93 (Tiger Invitational)…raced to first place finishes in the 600m (outdoor school record time) and 800m at the ERAU Last Chance (Feb. 21) with the times of 1:34.63 and 2:13.24, respectively…earned her second All-American honor as a member of the fifth place 4x800m NAIA Indoor Nationals (Mar. 5-7) team with a relay time on 9:21.49…aided both the 4x400 and distance medley relay teams in setting ERAU school records at the NAIA Indoor Nationals in times of 3:56.61 and 12:16.59, respectively. CROSS-COUNTRY – Scored points in eight of the nine meets in which she competed…was the Eagles’ No.1 finisher at the UCF Knights Invitational (Sept. 8) and Asics Invitational (Sept. 20), where she also took home the individual gold…became the second-fastest runner in Embry-Riddle history with a time of 18:37.75 at the FSU Invitational (Sept. 27)… helped ERAU claim The Sun Conference title after running 18:58 for second place overall.

2007-2008: INDOOR – The first individual women’s national champion at Embry-Riddle, surpassing her nearest competitor by nearly two seconds, placing first in the 1,000m (2:54.87) at the NAIA National Indoor Track and Field Championships (Mar. 6-8)...NAIA All-American in the 1,000m and 4x800m relay...member of the NAIA National Indoor Championships fifth place 4x800m relay team...relay team also took first at the Blue and Gold Invite (Feb. 2) marking a time of 2:15.26. OUTDOOR – Placed second in the 800m at the NAIA Outdoor National Championships setting a school record with a time of 2:09.54 (May 22)...member of the sixth place 4x800m relay team at the NAIA National Championships...NAIA All-American in the 800m and 4x800m relay...placed first in the 800m and 1,500m runs at the Florida Sun Conference Championships (April 21). CROSS COUNTRY – Participated in seven competitions and scored top-three team points in each of them...was the first Eagle and sixth individual to cross the finish line in ERAU’s first event of the season, the Florida Tech Invitational (Sept. 8), with a time of 19:49...scored in second-place team points in three meets, including her season best time and overall finish in 18:53, good for second place at the Sand Shark Invitational (Oct. 20)...the Eagles No. 3 runner in three events, including a fourth-place overall finish at regionals (Nov. 3).

2006-2007: INDOOR – Ran her best 1000m (2:57.48) of the season at the ERAU Last Chance Meet (Feb. 24), qualifying for indoor nationals under the A standard and setting the school record...finished the 800m in a school indoor record time of 2:25.04 at the Florida Intercollegiate (Jan. 13)...part of the 4000m distance relay team that completed the event in an ERAU-outdoor best 12:23.67 at the ERAU Last Chance Meet (Feb. 23) and qualified for indoor nationals...ran a 3:01.70 in 1000m preliminaries at nationals (Mar. 9) and advanced to the finals for the second consecutive year...finished fifth in the 1000m with a time of 3:00.36, making her Embry-Riddle’s first two-time All-American (Mar. 10)...ran the first leg of ERAU’s distance medley relay team that broke the indoor record in the finals at nationals with a time of 12:33.13. OUTDOOR – Recorded the program-best time in the 1500m (4:46.29) at the Miami Elite Invitational (Apr. 14) to finish second overall...was first in the 800m and 1500m at the FSC Championships...completed the 800m in 2:12.83 for an ERAU best at nationals (May 24), finishing in seventh place and one-hundredth of a second short of All-American status...ran the third leg of the 4x800m relay squad that set the ERAU outdoor record at nationals with a time of 9:33.35.

2005-2006: INDOOR - Anchored the 4x400m relay at the Tiger International (Feb. 10) where ERAU’s squad set a school record of 4:21.63...was part of the sprint medley squad that set the school record of 4:16.74 at the Snowbird Invitational (Mar. 3)...recorded an ERAU-best 1000m time of 2:56.98 in the preliminary round of the NAIA Indoor National Championships (Mar. 9)...placed sixth in the national finals of the 1000m to earn All-America honors...helped the distance medley relay team (12:48.80) to eighth place at the national indoor finals. OUTDOOR - Competed in the 400m, 800m, 1000m and 1500m events...ran her fastest 800m of 2:16.13 at the Seminole Twilight meet (May 10)...turned in a season-best 5:03.03 in the 1500m run at the Emory Track and Field Classic (Mar. 31)...helped set a school record in the 4x400m relay of 4:03.87 and 49.67 in the 4x100m relay at the Georgia Tech Invitational (May 14)...part of the 4x800m team that recorded a program-best 9:47.09 at the NAIA Outdoor National Track and Field Championships (May 25)...set the ERAU record in the 400m at 59.95 at the FSC Championships (Apr. 21). CROSS COUNTRY - Competed in seven meets, scoring in six...the Eagles’ top finisher at the Florida Tech Invitational (Sept. 10) and the Disney Classic (Oct. 8)...best overall finish was 11th at the Florida Tech Invitational...ran her fastest 5K of 20:16 at the Southeastern Classic (Oct. 22).

Prep: Graduated from Palm Harbor High School in 2005...helped her track team to conference titles in 2003 and 2004, and a regional title in 2004...led the track team to third place conference finish and the cross country team to a conference title and second place in districts as team captain for both sports in 2005...4x800m relay team placed second at the state meet...team MVP (2005).
