2013-14: CROSS COUNTRY – Raced in four meets for the Eagles as a junior…top-finish came with a 27th place finish in 23:17.87 at the Asics Classic (Sept. 21)…top mark of the season, 21:32.29, came at The Sun Conference Championships (Nov. 9) as she placed 36th overall. OUTDOOR: Posted a pair of career-best times in the 3,000m Steepleachase (14:08.37) and the 10,000m (46:56.43) at The Sun Conference Championships (April 21), placing sixth and 10th, respectively.
2012-13: CROSS COUNTRY - Raced in five meets as a sophomore…recorded her career-best time of 21:25.01 at the Sand Shark Invitational (Oct. 20) to finish 10th on the Embry-Riddle squad…finished 23rd at The Sun Conference Championships (Nov. 3) in 23:04.43, helping the Eagles to the conference title for the seventh straight year. INDOOR: Raced in one event as a sophomore for the Blue and Gold… ran in the 3000m in a time of 12:36.20 and finished fifth at the ERAU Challenge (Jan. 20).
2011-12: CROSS COUNTRY - Ran in two meets for the Eagles…finished 12th on the team in 22:37 at the Early Bird Classic (Sept. 2). INDOOR: Ran in three meets for the Blue and Gold…placed fourth at the Webber Warrior Indoor Track Classic (Feb. 11) in the 3000m (12:39.80)…raced to a 21:15.91 in the 5000m at the ERAU Indoor/Outdoor Challenge (Jan. 28).
PREP: 2011 graduate of South Plantation High School…ran a 20:02.00 mark in the 5K for the Paladins…named team captain as a senior…voted the team’s most valuable runner.
PERSONAL: Born in Plantation, Fla. on Dec. 17, 1992…parents are Theresa and Kenny King…majoring in Homeland Security.
